Fantastic service by Thomas at Arch KBB! We were searching for Quartz countertops for our new kitchen and stopped by their showroom to be greeted by Thomas who showed us some of their products but I was truly impressed by his service after we decided to purchase our worktops from them. Thomas kindly sent me some videos of products in their showroom after to help decide, then booked us the templating appointments in just a couple of days, he kept us continuously updated with timelines and we got our countertops fitted in less than a week from the templating appointment! The quality is amazing, and we really want to thank Thomas again for an exceptional service and communication. We wish we had done a bigger project with them !
