Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

This promotion is valid on qualifying orders placed up to 14 February 2026. Arch KBB reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.

2. Offer Summary

Free standard dry-fit installation on qualifying kitchen and bedroom (wardrobe) projects.

Bathroom promotions are available separately and are subject to their own minimum spend requirements.

3. New Orders Only

This promotion applies to new orders only and is not valid on quotations, revisions, or sales issued prior to the promotion period.

4. Exclusivity

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.

5. Minimum Spend Requirements (Excluding Installation)

To qualify for the promotion, the minimum spend must be met excluding installation, delivery, and storage costs.

Kitchens
 Minimum spend of £25,000 on kitchen furniture, cabinetry, appliances, worktops, and accessories.
 Installation costs cannot be included to reach the minimum spend threshold.

Bedrooms / Wardrobes
 Minimum spend of £10,000 on bedroom or wardrobe furniture and accessories.
 Installation costs cannot be included to reach the minimum spend threshold.

Bathrooms
 Minimum spend of £9,000 on bathroom products to qualify for the bathroom promotion.
 Bathroom installation is not included unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required to secure the promotion and confirm eligibility.

7. Delivery Lead Times

All products remain subject to brand-specific manufacturing and delivery lead times. Delivery may take place after the promotion end date without affecting eligibility.

8. Payment Schedule

All orders must adhere to Arch KBB’s standard payment schedule, regardless of delivery or installation timing.

9. Standard Dry-Fit Installation

The free installation offer includes Arch KBB’s standard dry-fit installation service only, covering the installation of furniture and cabinetry.

The following are excluded:

  • Plumbing

  • Electrical works

  • Gas works

  • Building or construction works

  • Decorating, tiling, or finishing trades

10. Maximum Promotion Value

The free installation included within this promotion is capped at the following maximum values:

  • Kitchens – Free installation value capped at £3,900 on a minimum qualifying order spend of £25,000 (excluding installation).

  • Bedrooms / Wardrobes – Free installation value capped at £1,800 on a minimum qualifying order spend of £10,000 (excluding installation).

  • Bathrooms – Promotional allowance capped at £600, subject to the qualifying bathroom promotion terms.

Where a project or room is larger in scale or includes additional areas such as pantries or utility rooms, the full applicable promotional allowance will be applied to the total installation cost.

Any installation costs exceeding the promotional allowance will be payable by the client.

11. Location Coverage

The promotion applies to installations within a 12-mile radius of London.
 Projects outside this area may incur additional charges and are subject to approval.

12. Site Readiness

The installation site must be fully prepared in line with Arch KBB’s Logistics & Installations guidelines.
 Additional charges may apply for:

  • Inadequate site preparation

  • Aborted visits

  • Re-booking due to site delays

13. Balance Payment

The full outstanding balance must be paid no later than two weeks prior to delivery to site.

14. Storage Fees

If installation is delayed at the customer’s request, all payments remain due as agreed, and weekly storage fees may apply until installation proceeds.

15. Installation Scheduling

Installation dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed by the Arch KBB operations team.

16. Rescheduling

Any changes to confirmed installation dates are subject to installer availability and may result in delays.

17. Installation Completion

All promotional installations must be completed by April 2026, subject to site readiness and product availability.

18. Team Availability

Installation is subject to installer availability. An Arch KBB Project Manager will coordinate scheduling and communication throughout.

19. Right to Withdraw

Arch KBB reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
