Promotion Period

This promotion is valid for all orders placed between July 18, 2025, and August 31, 2025, meeting the following conditions.

This offer is not applicable to quotations or sales issued before July 18, 2025.

Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit must be received by August 31, 2025, to qualify for this promotion.

Minimum Order Value

• Kitchens: The order must include products valued at a minimum of £28,000 (excluding delivery charges).
• Wardrobes: The order must include products valued at a minimum of £8,000 (excluding delivery charges).

Delivery Lead Times

Items are subject to brand-specific lead times, which may result in deliveries after September, 2025.

Payment Schedule Compliance

Regardless of delivery timing, all items remain subject to the original payment schedule to be eligible for the promotion.

Installation Cost Range

Installation costs vary based on the number of units, location, and floor level. Typical installation costs range from £2,000 to £5,500.

Location Restrictions

This promotion covers locations within a 12-mile radius of London (exclusions apply). Additional installation fees may apply to projects outside this area.

Dry Fit Installation

The installation offer includes a dry fit service only and excludes plumbing, electrical, and construction work.

Site Readiness

The installation site must meet the requirements outlined in the Logistics & Installations document. Additional fees will apply for inadequate preparation or rebooking.

Balance Payment

The full balance must be paid no later than two weeks before the kitchen or wardrobes are delivered to the customer’s site.

Storage Fees for Delayed Installations

If customers delay the installation date, they will remain responsible for the agreed payment schedule and any weekly storage fees until installation.

Scheduling Installation Dates

Installation dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed by our operations team.

Rescheduling Installation Dates

Any changes to confirmed installation dates will be rescheduled based on available dates from our team.

Installation Completion Deadline

All installations must be completed by January 31st, 2026.

Team Availability

Installation is subject to the availability of our installation team. An Arch KBB project manager will coordinate with you on scheduling.

Right to Withdraw Promotion

Arch KBB reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.
