Two recent Chiswick kitchens show how differently that room can work depending on the property. One combines bevelled shaker cabinetry, a Neolith worktop and a pocket-door pantry bar built for entertaining, with integrated Miele appliances and a brass Quooker tap. The other blends painted veneer and oak-veneer joinery with a quartz waterfall island, herringbone flooring and skylights, opening the kitchen onto a dining area and garden.
